NSW Road 4 x 4k Cross County Relay Championships – Miranda
Special mention to Gillian & Rona who not only ran the female race but also backed up to complete the male ‘B’ – great work girls and much appreciated.
After receiving the official race results stats are as follows:
Lap splits were very impressive with sub 20sec.differential being the order of the day.
Close to even splits from Darren Purcell, Wayne Corrick and absolute even splits from Gillian Sohun (in her second race of the day!) and Paul ‘Mr DVD” McGuire.
There were two negative splits – Rona Macniven (also second race of day) and Alan “The Flying Haggis” Gardner
