You asked for it Fun Runners.... so we will trial an additional night of squad training..
THURSDAY EVENINGS - 6.30PM AT PADDINGTON GATES
Focus will be on distance racing - tempo/interval/speedwork/hills.
Always challenging but fun at the same time - $5 - bring water and wear light coloured clothing.
Start Thurs 27 Marc. Monday night sessions will not change.
